Postdata conception
The developed system is called "postdata", praising two most important aspects of the system's methodology - just mentioned the philosophical rethinking of data in a modern way, in the spirit of postmodernism; and the desire to reuse the already existing abundance of statistical data, the discovery of which required enormous time, money, non-renewable resources.

The analysis is to be performed according to the specific principles of the ranking approach:
- the need to distinguish the indicative and objective functions of rankings;
- the double character of rankings;
- the advantages of using rankings to study the educational space over the widely used survey-based methodology
In order for the university to use the system, in fact, in the first stage, it is necessary to control the strategic objectives and determine what tasks need to be solved, for example:
- Search for a model university (specific, by feature set, by location in the rankings),
- Search of the general trend of universities in the country, region, world.
- Comparison and analysis of ranking Indicators of universities
- Construction of a new ranking based on existing university rankings
- Comparison of the characteristics of educational spaces of the respective countries
- Discovery of global dependencies between some rankings, statistics data, university success
